Shipping & Returns
- We currently ship Pan India and have a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100. Orders Rs. 2000 and above are eligible for free shipping.
- Necessary precautions such as sanitisation and safety gear for our team are being taken care of at the time of packing all orders.
- Our office is located in Mumbai, so please note that orders will take 5-10 business days for delivery given the current COVID-19 lockdown restrictions in Maharashtra.
- Pre-orders will take up to 5 weeks for delivery. We might face delays due to supply chain disruption and shortage of raw materials given the current situation, but will do our best to deliver your pre-order within 5 weeks.
- Based on availability, in some regions our shipping partners are offering contactless payment options at your doorstop in case you have opted for COD but would like to use a digital payment mode at the time of delivery. This is entirely at the discretion of our shipping partners.
- Given the current situation, we would urge you to opt for digital payments at the time of placing an order instead of COD.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- We have a 5 day return/exchange policy once the order is delivered to you, please submit a return/exchange request within this time window.
- Returns & exchanges are only processed if the product is sent back in its original/unused condition and in the original shoe box packaging.
- Exchanges requests should only be submitted if there are sizing issues - You can request a different size for the original product ordered by you. All other requests should be submitted as a return.
- At present due to the COVID-19 situation, we are unable to provide free exchanges and returns. We will share a payment link with you for the shipping costs of the return pick-up and the exchanged product being delivered to you.
- Return/Exchange order/refund processing time depend on in transit time of returned item(s) and it might take little longer from 5 to 10 business days given current COVID-19 situation.
- If our shipping partners are unable to facilitate a return pick up in certain areas, customers will have to find a local courier partner. In that case you will be inform via email by Misfit Panda Team.

- The original shipping charges of Rs. 100 will not be refunded.
- If you used a debit/credit card for the original purchase, the amount will be refunded to the same debit/credit card. However, if you purchased a product that is on sale using a debit/credit card, the refund amount will be credited to you as a voucher that can be redeemed on the website within 12 months. The voucher details will be shared with you via e-mail.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
