Shipping:
- We currently ship Pan India and have a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100. Orders Rs. 2000 and above are eligible for free shipping.
Delivery:
- All orders are shipped out from our office in Mumbai.
- We prefer to keep a delivery lead time of 5-10 business days, but most orders are delivered in 3-7 business days.
Payment:
- We accept digital payments and have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option as well.
- Based on availability, in some regions our shipping partners are offering contactless payment options at your doorstop in case you have opted for COD but would like to use a digital payment mode at the time of delivery. This is entirely at the discretion of our shipping partners.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- We have a 5 day return/exchange policy once the order is delivered to you, please submit a return/exchange request within this time window.
- Returns & exchanges are only processed if the product is sent back in its original/unused condition and in the original shoe box packaging.
- Exchanges requests should only be submitted if there are sizing issues - You can request a different size for the original product ordered by you. All other requests should be submitted as a return.
- We will share a payment link with you for the shipping cost of the exchanged product being delivered to you.
- Personalised items cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Clearance sales items cannot be returned. We can provide a size exchange for the same product, but this is subject to stock availability in the required size. Exceptions will only be made if the customer receives a damaged product, in which case the customer must inform us within 2 days of delivery for further action.
- The processing time for Returns & Exchanges depends on the transit time of returned item(s) and can take 5 to 10 business days.
- If our shipping partners are unable to facilitate a return pick up in certain areas, customers will have to find a local courier partner. In that case you will be informed via email by us.

Refund Policy:
- The original shipping charges of Rs. 100 will not be refunded.
- If you used a debit/credit card for the original purchase, the amount will be refunded to the same debit/credit card. However, if you purchased a product that is on sale using a debit/credit card, the refund amount will be credited to you as a voucher that can be redeemed on the website within 12 months. The voucher details will be shared with you via e-mail.
- In the case of all COD orders, the refund amount will be credited to you as a voucher that can be redeemed on the website within 12 months. The voucher details will be shared with you via e-mail.
- Exceptions to our current policy will only be made if the customer receives a damaged product.

Cancellation Policy:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
